Program Manager, Global Accounts & Operations
Video Collaboration is changing the way we interact in business, education, and in our personal lives and Logitech is driving that evolution. As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Project Management Office within the Global Sales Operations team.
As a Program Manager supporting our Global Accounts, you will be responsible for cross functionally managing deliverables and key milestones associated with our Global Accounts throughout the sales cycle. Delivering a cohesive, professional, timely and coordinated interaction with our Global Sales team and accounts will be your top priority.
As part of the Program Management Office, you must be able to demonstrate the solid disciplines of Project Management and tools and drive to rigorous and repeatable processes. In some instances, you will be creating and improving processes unique to Global Accounts for speed and agility.

In this role you will:
Manage the process of establishing consistent global Bid pricing across regions and maintain global prices lists for each Global Account. This may include analysis and modeling to include localized tax, import adders and margin across the portfolio.
Provide the framework and execute completing RFIs and RFP for timely and professional responses.
Establish and evolve a “library” of go to RFI/RFP content that can be leveraged for future RFI/RFP responses.
Establish and maintain an internal communication tool/methodology for Global Account teams across all roles.
Project manage hardware deployment based on customer timeline and geographic requirement. This will include close interaction with supply chain and partnership with the distribution/reseller teams involved in the fulfillment cycle.
You will work cross functionally and globally with our teams in sales, operations, finance and business groups
Specific PM Disciplines:
Develop and maintain a manageable, repeatable and scalable framework for PMO support of the Global Accounts
Define and Establish the detail project plan for each identified account which would include specific tasks, owners, timelines and dependencies
Manage and own the project and associated deliverables
Prepare, shepherd and present regular status reports with various levels of detail depending on the audience.
Be expected to identify and escalate any risks to plan to include options for gap closure and solutions.
Manage the project documentation and knowledge base and create an environment for continuous improvement on the operations of our PMO.

Experience supporting Global Enterprise accounts in related capacity.
Must show a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally
Breadth of business exposure and experience across several disciplines
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize workload
Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities
Demonstrated creative problem solving
Excellent communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
You posses a solid understanding and experience with project management fundamentals and methodologies
You have experience in one or more project management &/or collaboration software packages.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience
PMI or equivalent certification
