IT Service Support Specialist (Contractor)

Provide IT Service support, guidance and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications or processes.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues locally as well as remotely.
Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users
Engage in discovery of new IT business tools, to support our business users as well as our internal IT Team.
Work with our internal IT Teams on system testing, integration and maintenance.
Participate in product testing with business groups.
Seek, Suggest, Evaluate and implement process and Technology improvements.
Create and update IT documentation as appropriate.
Ability to work independently within a diverse global team
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Around one year of experience providing end-user desktop support
Good Windows 10 and MacOS Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in Google Apps and O365/M365
Good communication skills, comfortable working with various stakeholders
Knowledge in hardware install, cabling and troubleshooting
Good troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution
Very Good customer service skills
Great Team player
Basic English communication skill.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Experience in Imagining or Asset Management tools
Basic knowledge of printer/peripheral device troubleshooting.
two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
