Position at Logitech

Senior Supply Planners at Logitech are responsible for end to end planning activities across multiple product families. We are hiring someone with sharp analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail so they will quickly dig-in to product demand and supply, capacity planning, finished goods and component safety stock strategies, exception management, and phase in/out planning. If this sounds like something you could sink your teeth into, perhaps you’ll be our new Senior Supply Planner. In this role you’ll take on global responsibility collaborating cross-functionally with regional Supply Chain stakeholders, Business Groups and Operations organizations. To be successful in this position, you’ll need strong skills in leadership influencing, cross functional collaboration and business acumen. A background in financial forecasting, modeling, planning, analysis and risk management would also advantageous.

In this role you will:

  • Support the generation of the Demand and Supply Plan as part of the S&OP process.

  • Assume responsibility for reporting and presentation of management reviews that are key to driving business decisions.

  • Provide decision support information/analysis to all levels in the organization.

  • Drive the development of NPI launch plans with Business Units and Regions for Phase-in/Phase-out.

  • Develop allocations plans to optimize constrained availability against prioritized demands.

  • Apply advanced analytics in the creation of inventory planning parameters and policies.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.

  • Liaise directly with cross-functional teams based in Europe, Asia and the US (California).

Your Skills:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance or similar analytical discipline.

  • Be able and willing to adapt to the challenges of a fast moving, start-up like work environment.

  • Demonstrated decision making ability in the face of uncertain, ambiguous or incomplete information.

  • Superior analytical and strategic-thinking skills, combined with strong business judgment.

  • Ability to communicate with, influence and at times challenge business partners often globally based and Director level or above.

  • Data analysis and numeric skills with the demonstrated ability to evaluate, analyse and present data.

  • Collaborative, practical and proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

  • Ideally, applicable supply chain experience however, may consider global experience in another area with the appetite to move into Supply Chain Planning.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • A team player, able to work collaboratively within the group and across functions

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
