The Role:

This role will be based within Logitech’s Cybersecurity Team in Cork, working collaboratively with our Business Continuity Team on the delivery of projects which will enhance our business continuity program, disaster recovery plan and Logitech’s cyber resilience and security maturity.

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will support the execution of cybersecurity elements across global programs and services. Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, IT and engineering technical resources to identify and plan cybersecurity work to meet/exceed corporate initiatives. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, project cost estimates, project recommendations, status reports and executive presentations.

  • Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project resources to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

  • Communicate successfully with partners and drive accountability across teams to ensure program objectives are met

  • Gather and examine customer and internal security team needs and opportunities for new information security programs, products and projects

  • Drive organizational needs cross-functionally including tracking and reporting of progress and metrics

  • Liaise with BCP coordinators to develop effective working relationships and contribute to the Enterprise BCP program.

  • Liaise with functional BCP teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives, manage business needs /expectations, and contribute to the development of BCP plans and goals.

  • Identify and coordinate the interdependencies among programs, products and other critical initiatives

  • Provide insight and suggestions to improving security and the cybersecurity roadmap, business continuity program and disaster recovery plans  

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a risk management environment.

  • Professional project management certification is desirable, such as PMI, PMP or other similar credentials

  • Experience with Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery programs

  • Knowledge of common cybersecurity management frameworks, such as ISO, NIST, COBIT

  • Familiarity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act and data protection laws

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Program portfolio / project management skills: prioritization, financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management, reporting, and problem solving

  • Ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively information security and risk related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Familiarity with ISO 22301:2019 Security and Resilience - Business Continuity Management Systems - Requirements.
