The Role:

The Global B2B Ecommerce Manager, is responsible for creating and supporting a blueprint for Logitech to develop best of breed digital experience for our business customers across Logitech and Logitech’s partner ecosystem. This position is responsible for putting together a framework to be leveraged across many platforms that elevates Logitech’s B2B portfolio and solutions.

This role will partner with our business groups and marketing teams to design assets and tools that can be leveraged to provide differentiated rich content to our partners through syndication and in a customized manner ensuring the content is optimized to attract our B2B Customers. This role will also work with regional teams and partners to consult on ways of improving content and assets that highlight the brand and the B2B attributes that are sought out by our business and specific verticalized customers. Logitech's direct to customer platform  for the Business will also be in scope. Responsibilities include working with regional Sales teams to help educate, plan, recommend improvements to a partner’s ecommerce experience, and assets. The role will also work with agencies and ecosystem partners to better understand best practices and will cascade out.

  • Create a blueprint for B2B and Reseller eCommerce Design, Content and Integration with other go to market tools and routes to market

  • Be responsible for developing processes and programs to integrate Partner eCommerce with traditional B2B channel best practices 

  • Work with sales regions to educate, plan, provide guidance on best practices for the eCommerce facets of a Resellers Annual Business Plan to ensure optimized coverage and success.

  • Be diligent to stay current with eCommerce and digital trends as well as technology and emerging capabilities that may be leveraged to improve or accelerate growth.

  • Champion and educate teams on B2B eCommerce opportunities and success across the organization on eTail : NPI Process, Define Guidelines and deliverables, secure B2B specific content

  • Coordinate online content for B2B: Secure toolkits upstream, coordinate localization, SEO, brand stores, content syndication, bundles, Amazon for Business specifics, media assets  … 

  • Bring B2B expertise : Retailers capabilities and constraints, B2B specificities for ePOS, set up studies and A/B Testing to drive expertise, 

  • Evangelize on guidelines and innovation : concept sell for B2B retailers, trainings to regions

  • Influence for adaptation of Logitech tools and templates :  Design, Copy Docs, NPI deliverables, CMS, videos, etc.

  • Drive execution of strategy and provide regular analytics, insights and performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders of global success (tracking tools, coordination with regions, …)

  • Customer Marketing : Mapping retailers capabilities, share guidelines and recommendations to regions

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Solid experience in the B2B commerce.

  • Proven understanding of B2B eCommerce and Market-trends

  • Hard working, hands-on and positive personality - highly self-motivated.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with customers.

  • Project Management and coordination

  • B2B experience but open for change and innovation

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing via influence.

  • Proven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated data.

  • Autonomous, Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals with a minimum of direction.

  • eCommerce/Digital Commerce marketplace/platform experiences such Amazon for Business, Google, eBay or other B2B eCommerce marketplaces strongly preferred

  • Global expertise and awareness and understanding of the regional differences and requirements
