Head of Etail Central & South Europe
Reporting to the Head of Got-to-Market Central & South Europe, the selected candidate will be responsible to lead the development of Etail channels in the territory to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
The Head of Etail Central and South Europe has the primary focus to drive high double digit growth in Etail channels by developing a collaborative approach with all relevant Etail trade partners to translate and implement the regional Etail channel strategy and growth concepts in cooperation with the EAMEA Regional Etail team, Country Managers, Account and Marketing Managers.

You are the expert for the eTail channel and you are accountable for the performance and development of this sales channel in In Central and South Europe
You are defining the Where-to-play priorities and measurable efficient target in close collaboration with country manager and category lead based on data analysis, information flows and reports
You create transparency and structure in our Etail sales channel and partner landscape
You translate strategy and concepts in executable initiatives and apply them with Account and Marketing Manager to
drive more and better quality of traffic to our sales partner’s site
convert more page visits into shoppers
accelerate upsell and cross sell
You develop the right cross-country configuration and set-up, advise country teams and lead implementation projects, involving all relevant stakeholders and creating one common mindset
You set-up and manage a virtual multi-functional Etail team for Central South Europe, define roles & responsibilities and RACI, this will include the management of Etail Customer Marketing Manager (ECMs) and Etail operations specialist(s)
You drive strategic customer engagements, providing leadership & inspiration fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals
Your drive the development of a set-up for marketplace operations & direct-to-consumer sales
You lead channel reviews and in quarterly business reviews / updates and the channel planning for annual and quarterly operational plans
Your identify and support process automations, ensuring operational feasibility
You coach our employees on customer-related developments and support adjacent fields of digital operational efficiency initiatives
You proactively assess, clarify and validate channel and customer needs on an ongoing basis
You are a Brand Ambassador
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
8+ years extensive experience in with track record in B2C Etail sales and sales management
Category Management, Marketing and Etail market place experience welcome
Possess a deep understanding of the Etail sales funnel and KPIs
Knowledge of and network within key Etailers in Germany & Austria
Experience in transforming customer relationships to strategical partnership
Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong financial acumen
Ability to drive and coordinate projects
