 Logitech is seeking a HR Project Specialist to support the creation, development & maintenance of knowledge tools & content to drive sustainability & excellence in People & Culture (P&C) service delivery across the business.

The HR Project Specialist will assist in defining and driving global projects across the People & Culture function, along with supporting the planning, integration, coordination & management of the knowledge & information management tasks & priorities. This role will report to the HR Programs and Knowledge Manager and will be key in driving continuous improvement across the full remit of knowledge management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create, maintain & publish intuitive employee-facing content to assist with delivery of P&C programs & enable employees to resolve issues through self-service

  • Assist with the Identification, creation & maintenance of processes, templates & other content for the People & Culture internal teams that enable training, quality, consistency & delivery on queries

  • Partner with the Centres of Expertise to validate the integrity, objectivity, completeness & relevance of the knowledge articles

  • As technical writer / editor, responsible for managing the review, structuring & publishing of content, ensuring compliance with known standards & legal requirements

  • Develop & communicate project plans & progress around the knowledge management framework

  • Evaluate & implement knowledge management applications to support & evolve the self-service delivery model (eg. Chatbot, Confluence self-service portal & intranet)

  • Manage content governance across all knowledge base platforms

  • Support & enable knowledge transfer throughout People & Culture & the business

  • Act as a team resource to support knowledge development for complex processes, escalations & business requests

  • Develop analysis & reporting to monitor & trend knowledge management performance, drive strategic improvements to user content, analyse gaps & measure adherence to established processes

  • Establish scalable processes & systems for auditing & iterating content, ensuring accuracy, relevance & compliance with quality standards

  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to solicit & incorporate feedback to continuously improve our internal knowledge resources & to measure effectiveness of knowledge delivery


  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage

  • Educated to Degree level in HR Management, Business, Communications or another related field

  • Strong writing ability, analytical skills & experience with help desk applications and database / query tools preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement & project delivery, including technology updates & implementations

  • Strong working knowledge of HR & Payroll systems & processes

  • Experience with Intelligence Information Sharing tools & applications an advantage

  • Developed progressive HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment; HR Generalist or Shared Services experience an advantage

  • Demonstrated ability to build close working relationships with internal & external stakeholders & influence decision making & ownership

  • Results & quality driven, with a strong service orientation to develop & deliver outstanding employee experience
