The Role:

Logitech is looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager - North America, who will uncover and build unique stories across Logitech that connect to multiple audiences - consumers, enterprises, investors, media and employees. The position is based in Silicon Valley / Bay Area (US remote will also be considered) and reports to the Head of Global Corporate and Employee Communications. This person will be working in close partnership with our corporate communications lead based in EMEA, the product/category communication team, and across functions and business groups. 

This candidate must be an excellent strategic communicator and writer, who can also draw strategic insights and meet KPIs based on coverage analysis and data.  Strong media skills, knowledge of the consumer technology industry, and experience working in partnership with executives on corporate topics (sustainability, DEI, strategy, research, design, financial, etc) is preferred. Should have experience in story development, and knowledge of social platforms, including content creation that helps to extend a good story to engage multiple audiences.

  • Develop cross-platform and corporate narratives that elevate the brand and reputation of the company; lead the creation of thought leadership media pitches, contributed articles, blogs / press releases and more.

  • Engage company leaders to identify and develop external narratives; prepare spokespeople with messaging, event scripts/presentations, etc. Help showcase how their personal and professional contributions translate to driving impact in the business and for the people we serve. 

  • Be a bridge for teams, to take Logitech’s Equality & Environment (DE&I and Sustainability) values and translate them into tangible cross-company storytelling opportunities that inspire both employees and external stakeholders.

  • Manage regional crisis response in partnership with EMEA Corporate Communications, participate in follow-the-sun model for rapid response and seamless handovers. 

  • Support employer branding efforts, including storytelling opportunities on social and the development of cross-company materials. 

  • Support Corporate Comms team with KPI reporting, administrative and process implementation.

  • Drive the North America Corporate PR agency, including media outreach, media list creation, pitching updates/reviews, incoming media queries, awards, speaking opportunities and more. 

  • Drive social media and content strategy for Corporate Communications initiatives on Logitech’s core social media channels, in partnership with Logitech’s social agency and cross-business group social leads.

  • Be expected to innovate, create and challenge to continue to build and enhance the team.

  • Work in harmony with exec communications colleagues to help meet their objectives

  • You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to the fast pace of the business, and love to have fun while getting the job done. 

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, and can also work independently. 

Experience and education:

  • Proven experience in Corporate communications with strong media relations skills, preferably with experience in high-tech, public companies.  Comfortable with b2b and b2c or multi-brand companies a plus or equivalent industry experience. 

  • Corporate PR experience, including media relations, issues management, narrative building and social media  

  • Experience with analytics/data preferred
