The Role:

The Etail Customer Marketing Manager will report directly to the Etail Channel Manager and will be in charge of the development of online accounts by driving quarterly & yearly marketing plans.

In this role you will be in charge of the strategic support for online Sales & Marketing aligned with the local and Central Europe priorities on Etail. This means in detail:

  • Work closely with Etail Country Lead to build an efficient etail customer marketing plan that ensures achievement of the business goals and reflects the priorities of the business;

  • Bring innovation into the levers to boost the Logitech brand online visibility, looking for relevant and efficient trends & tools;

  • Control Logitech products visibility on partners’ websites

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure excellence in execution of the campaigns and flawless experience;

  • Development of on-line merchandising plans (ePOS & SEO);

  • Drive specific instore campaigns and shopper & consumer activations ensuring Logitech brand perfection in execution in all eTail sub-channels;

  • Actively searches for best practices and ideas for re-applying in the e-commerce customers

  • Work closely with peers and local CM & eTail team to identify best practices and processes to manage the digital shelf

  • Manage the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets & timelines.

  • Maximise and ensure great execution of existing products and upcoming NPI’s.

  • Participate in active customer meetings with key customers in the country.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • 3-4+ years sales & trade marketing experience in IT or FMCG environment with a recognized A-brand company with operational knowledge of online sales channel. We may also consider candidates from other sectors if those sectors are focused on sell-through activity.

  • Solid customer marketing experience on the relevant e-commerce platforms, especially Citilink and Ozon.

  • Strong understanding of optimization of search results to increase the range of analysis and implementation (SEO).

  • Enjoy developing creative content and stories to engage strongly with media, communities and influencers.

  • Strong marketing planning experience.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the online market.

  • Strong project management skills, detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Fluent English.

  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key retail partners.

  • Rounded Marketing skills and constantly wanting to develop and learn.

  • Energetic, bright, dynamic and creative.

  • Passion for high quality products, based on unique technology and design. 

  

Education:

  •  Graduate preferably in a Marketing discipline.
