As a PRM (partner relationship management) platform manager, you will be part of the B2B Systems and Enablement team focused on supporting the platform(s) needed to deliver a first in class partner experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a roadmap of ongoing enhancements and functionality consistent with evolving business needs.  Our partners represent a key strategy in our B2B business model and your focus will be to continually evolve that experience through our technology.

A successful candidate will also embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems and working cross functionally to challenge the status quo.  Your daily interactions with marketing, finance, channel operations, IT and business leaders will give you exposure and responsibility across the business. This is a hands-on role where the candidate must be able to conceptualize, build and deliver business solutions.

  • Develop and manage an ongoing roadmap of technical enhancements including business requirement definitions, scope clarity and business project execution

  • Coordinate and work with cross functional team members from the business identify business gaps and potential technology solutions based on the daily use of our tools

  • Document high-level requirements to discuss with IT for technical feasibility to estimate time and delivery estimates

  • Utilize communication skills, project management experience, technical expertise, problem-solving, and data analysis skills to drive to successful software implementation and customer success

  • Craft agile user stories and use cases to demonstrate program capabilities and functionality of the tool

  • Own communication and rollout training for new functionalities and best practices

  • Utilize good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all disciplines and levels in the organization

  • Understand Logitech’s Partner Programs, its requirements, and benefits, and ensure effective support of those programs

  • Architect a best-in-class partner experience, improve processes, and enhance our current PRM infrastructure

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience managing, implementing and enabling Impartner (PRM platform), 360 Insights (Incentive Platform) and interacting with SFDC (CRM platform)

  • Experience designing and executing a development roadmap collaborating with business and IT stakeholders

  • Ability to craft understandable documents utilizing strong documentation skills

  • Self-motivated take clear ownership and initiative and knows when to seek guidance

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work/influence across organizational and subject matter boundaries, especially between business and IT teams

  • Excellent business acumen

  • You bring experience working in a global environment; understanding when there should be global harmonization and when local nuances need to be considered

  • Experience in the indirect sales motion, channel programs and incentive management

  • You engage confidently with the user community, ranging from people who execute processes daily to executive management. 

  • Experience working within a matrix org, solving problems and influencing cross-functional teams


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in partner program management, channel operations, partner sales programs, channel sales or channel marketing related roles

  • Experience with Impartner, 360 insights, or other PRM solutions

  • BA/BS in Marketing, or related experience
