Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Responsible Gaming Analyst to join our high performing team.

As a Responsible Gaming Analyst you will:

  • Independently determine potential addictive behavior and act according to agreed procedures with regards to account blocking, conducting further checks and excluding customers
  • Reactively and proactively conduct analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known gambling addicted accounts on our system
  • Investigate suspicious accounts with proper analysis and follow-up
  • Careful monitoring of responsible gaming reports containing customers who have been classified as low, medium-low, medium, medium-high or high risk profile
  • Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents in compliance with any regulatory governing bodies and based on determined customer risk level
  • Suggest improvements to existing policies and procedures
  • Specialize in the detection & prevention of problematic gambling behavior
  • Professional handling of all related customer queries escalated by the customer support and other departments
  • Follow up any previously escalated case, issues or customer queries proactively
  • Undertake necessary administration work, including dealing with customer correspondence (emails, chats and calls) and record-keeping
  • Other similar ad hoc work as set by the Manager from time to time

Your areas of knowledge and experience:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, Swedish, Spanish or Danish language is an essential requirement for the role.
  • Willingness to learn, possess a can-do attitude and be a part of a dynamic fast-growing company;
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully adjust priorities as needed;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines on a day-to-day basis and have good time management;
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team-player;
  • Experience in an RG related role in iGaming industry would be an asset

Hybrid Working:

At LeoVegas we have introduced a hybrid working environment that enables our employees to come together and collaborate in person, whilst offering ongoing flexibility to work from home. We all work from the office two days per week, and three days at home.

Working hours: Shifts - rotating basis (5 days on/2 off; 8 am - 5 pm; 1 pm - 10 pm)
