Who you are

  • Java “speaker” using Spring Boot framework,
  • You’re no stranger to working with MySQL.
  • You are familiar with microservice architectures.
  • It will be a big plus if you know Kotlin.
  • You speak English fluently (C1 level is a minimum, as we communicate mostly in English).

What you will do

  • You will develop a multi-brand gaming platform called Rhino, built on 300 microservices. As a part of this solution, you will decide how to build it (yes, we will be listening to your advice as we trust you are an expert in what you do).

  • Our priority has always been to provide our customers with a safe and entertaining experience, thus we pay special attention to make sure our clients enjoy gaming in a responsible manner. This is the main focus area of the Responsible Gaming Team you would join.

  • Meet Nate - your future Team Leader 🦁  Let him say something about his Team: We deliver functionality to let the player set limits to his or her gambling habits. We work closely with our product manager to deliver value to the customer based on data. We focus on our work to be fun, fun, fun. The team consists of back-end (Java)  and front-end (JS/React) developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.

  • The Team uses CI/CD approach and Kanban as a methodology. As a Backend Engineer, part of your job will be manual testing (using JUnit and our internal tools).

Working hours

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 3 days working from home per week and 2 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
