Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our high performing team.

You will assist and advise the business on regulatory matters; proactively monitoring regulatory developments across various jurisdictions, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept informed. You will be responsible for key regulatory projects and markets. You will be involved in licensing projects for the obtainment of new licenses in Europe and worldwide. You will be based in the Malta office, and you will report directly to the Director of Regulatory Affairs. 


What will you be doing:

  • Support team members and be the go-to person on regulatory matters for key markets and projects
  • Proactively engage with the business to identify compliant solutions which also meet business needs
  • Manage complex regulatory project
  • Assist in developing regulator relationships
  • Be a key contact person for our marketing & affiliate teams and provide assistance in navigating regulatory developments

Our perfect Candidate has:

• Preferable a Law Degree in a South American jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of previous experience in a regulatory affairs or compliance role.

• Self-driven and able to follow through all assigned tasks and projects to completion independently, and also to take direction and also take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned;

• A team player who enjoys a multicultural and multi-national environment.
