Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Head of Affiliates to join our high performing team.

As our Head of Affiliates you will:

  • Develop and own the affiliate strategy for the Group
  • Manage the Affiliate Team in line with our culture at LeoVegas Group
  • Support the Affiliate Team to make sure they have all possible tools to reach their individual targets.
  • Bring new ideas and innovative thinking to the business
  • Ownership of all affiliate marketing including website, social media and trade-shows
  • Frequently report on performance and results and take corrective action where appropriate
  • Have overall responsibility for reaching the targets set for Affiliate Marketing
  • Maintain close collaborations with Country and Brand Management, CMO and Data & Analytics. Adjust plans and targets when needed.
  • Focus on results while providing both management and the team with a longer-term vision and strategy. This requires the ability to easily shift between strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • Identify and manage internal stakeholders
  • Manage or participate in processes for larger overall projects that require involvement of the Affiliate
  • Bring high energy to the role and motivate the team to achieve great results
  • Ensure all affiliates and affiliate marketing complies with relevant local laws and regulations
  • Know what good affiliate marketing looks like and how to leverage to get the best deals to deliver quality leads
  • Be a confident and influential leader

What you can expect from this role:

  • Represent the Affiliate Team and its interests at  internal and external meetings. This includes affiliate compliance, AdOps and affiliates operations
  • Attending relevant conferences and trade shows as well as building relationships with key affiliates
  • Set up all other relevant processes required within, and outside of the team to improve efficiencies, performance and promote growth.
  • Report to Chief Marketing Officer

Your areas of knowledge and experience:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • 4+ years in the online gaming industry
  • Be highly data-driven and familiar with Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Self-driven, able to exercise professional judgement and be able to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to manage our ever expanding market and brand portfolio
  • Have an extensive network of senior contacts within the global iGaming affiliate community
  • Be well known and respected within the iGaming world
  • Have gravitas to deal with  internal and external senior management
  • Be a seasoned negotiator with a win-win mindset.
