Affiliate Coordinator

CasinoGrounds was founded in April 2016 by a group of passionate online casino streamers and players. Our goal is to set the grounds for our streamers and fans to share knowledge and discuss everything “Online Casino”, creating the original online casino streaming community. We partnered with Leovegas Gaming Group in 2016 to strengthen partnerships and grow the community further.

CasinoGrounds vision is to be the industry leader in innovations and affiliation. We  are aiming to provide our community with the most useful tools and knowledge we have as industry professionals. Due to growth of the business and new product development, we are looking for new team members to be an integral part of connecting people with technologies.


Job Overview

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Coordinator to join our commercial team in Malta. 

This position will be critical in assisting and maintaining long-term relationships across the business. 



  • Onboarding of new partners, including correspondence, scheduling and general queries all the while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Assisting in the management of customer accounts and acquiring new ones
  • Request various information from operators such as, restricted markets, payment methods, their game portfolio in order to update our site and increase our ability to promote brands. 
  • Manage and maintain internal databases & document systems 
  • Inbox management; review of inboxes, respond to queries, liaising with our clients
  • Manage and resolve affiliate queries
  • Manage and maintain all assets ensuring they are up to date
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external partners
  • Administrate and maintain brand/partner/client data within our CMS
  • Monitor and report on brands including FTDs/Clicks/Signups 
  • Basic site QA in relation to sales & new partners on site.

Our ideal candidate

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an online support position within iGaming or within a marketing agency 
  •  A passion for sales, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving
  •  Strong  communication and written ability in English is essential
  • Strong Excel/Analytical skills are considered an asset
  • A Bachelor’s degree or another relevant degree is considered a plus
