We are seeking a new Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs to join our team! This position is responsible for building and implementing talent acquisition programs that drive recruiting effectiveness and enhance candidate and new hire experience.  This role leverages industry expertise, operating as a high-impact business partner across Tyler divisions.
 
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisitions.  They will partner with Tyler’s leadership to successfully deliver Tyler-wide programs like onboarding, summer internship, collegiate recruiting, and career fairs targeted towards diversity and community outreach.
 
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs will also be responsible for Talent Acquisitions analytics and compliance. Success in this role will rely on strong business partnerships and program vision.
 

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a team of recruiters and specialists, including coaching, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
  • In coordination with leaders and peers, develop and manage talent acquisition programs focused on onboarding, collegiate recruiting, and internship programs.
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting on talent acquisition data leveraging existing platforms like Jobvite and UKG.
  • Manage mandatory talent acquisition compliance reporting in a responsible and timely manner. 
  • Support Tyler’s diversity recruiting initiatives and continually assesses effectiveness.
  • Partner with the business to strengthen Tyler’s recruiting strategy and outreach efforts.
  • Continually improve effectiveness and ensure compliance in talent attraction programs and practices.
 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with a mixture of hands-on recruiting and onboarding, as well as experience with data analytics and reporting.
    • Some of this time must be as a team lead or a manager.
  • Demonstrated management,  leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to team development.
  • Highly successful business partner with the ability to build strong relations with executives. 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across functions, business units, and levels.
  • Effective champion of change with a natural ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to set clear goals and measure outcomes.
