CRM Developer
Description
Tyler Technologies is looking for a CRM Developer to join our Corporate IT team in the Manila, Philippines office!
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy enhancements for Dynamics CRM Online, incorporating custom plugins, workflows, and form automation using C# and other technologies.
- Customize and administer out-of-the-box solutions, including new entities, form upgrades, dashboards, and reports.
- The position provides avenues to enhance existing customizations and code while also creating new solutions.
- Build, maintain, and upgrade custom integrations between CRM and external databases using C#, SQL, and Azure Logic Apps
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues independently and promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms including knowledge of the underlying Dataverse structure.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM plugin creation, custom workflow activities.
- C# for Web and Server-Side development
- Experience in integrating CRM with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
