Position Overview:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will gain hands-on experience by working on exciting projects that involve creating and implementing digital forms, managing website projects, and collaborating with a talented team of professionals. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, highly motivated, and have a keen interest in technology and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of digital forms using proprietary software.
  • Work on website projects from concept to launch under the guidance of experienced project managers.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and project planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate issues and risks.
  • Manage and report on project status, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong motivation and initiative with a desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • General understanding of IT development or a strong desire to learn about IT development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
