LATAM S&OE Business Analyst
The LATAM S&OE Business Analyst role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of change in a dynamic and hyper growth business, who thrives to become better personally and professionally every day. We are bringing demand planning closer to our internal and external customers while gathering and analyzing trends and signals, driving collaboration with multiple business partners, translating those data into valuable information to drive tactical plans to operations and business decisions. This position will be responsible to support demand planner with data, reports and dashboards to drive the demand forecast at both Sell In and Sell Thru level, the S&OE processes and the regional success from a supply chain perspective. You will be responsible for delivering insightful quantitative and qualitative business analytics that will drive decisive decisions, identify gaps, and provide measurement against our initiatives. Using your insights as a skilled business analyst, you will be relied upon to mine data and create compelling intelligence and visualizations to support the Operations and Sales Tactical plan to drive predictable and sustainable revenue to the business. You will work very closely with the Regional S&OE Leader, supply planning, Sales & Marketing and supply chain teams. You are in charge!

Build and develop engaging relationship with key stakeholders
Acquire, understand, and incorporate demand signals, channel data, replenishment triggers in the development of the product level demand plan, up to 18 months
Prepare and present demand plans and reports, via different scenario planning, actual performances, inventory status and call out any risks and opportunities with the appropriate solution during weekly S&OE meetings.
Establish and maintain SKU-level demand & tactical plan for regional product categories using analytical and statistical tools, excel sheets and others useful resources for intelligence gathering and collaboration.
Monitor inventory levels, propose corrective and preventive actions with related functions to avoid supply shortages and excess/aging stocks.
Work on Regional allocation for product categories to promote and protect the best interests from revenue-cost-margin perspective
Provide regular and ad-hoc performance summaries with fact-based root cause analysis, propose & carry out corrective and preventive actions.
Create, maintain, and systematize regional reporting and dashboards.
Support with data and reporting all aspects related to weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning activities.
Drive development and implementation of processes and tools related to demand planning, forecasting, and supply allocation.
Support the continuous improvement initiatives to refine existing processes and tools and to develop the next generation of activities.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related subject area.
Analytical and outstanding capabilities with demonstrated ability to understand use of advanced analytics and optimization techniques.
Be a data mining expert and pull together complex data sets from multiple sources into reliable analytics and measurements with outstanding demonstrated knowledge with MS Excel Sheets, Macros and visualization tools such as Tableau or other BI applications.
Experience in consumer electronics companies is an advantage and channel data.
Experienced participation in S&OE or Demand Planning Cycle processes.
Ability to analyze trade-offs between inventory, air freight, capacity, etc. and make informed decisions/ recommendations.
Decision-making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information.
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
