The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to partner with CI and customers to understand chinese gamers and environment trend implication, to establish a deep understanding of gamers and communities in China, to explore growth opportunties through analytic based decisions, to create and enhance our value proposition, and work with our China and global marketing organization to implement and deliver on our brand vision. 

 

Your digital marketing experiences will allow us to reach consumers in new and meaningful ways, and a deep understanding of the Chinese consumers will allow Logitech G to be a brand that is further loved and respected by the gamers & communities in China.

  • Deliver product launch marketing toolkits, including creative assets, imagery/video, messaging, packaging.

  • Partner with the consumer insights team to gain a deep understanding of our users and to reflect that understanding in all our marketing.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external agencies. Be the voice of China gaming with our global marketing functions such as Digital Marketing, Packaging, or Communications.

  • Partnerships with the Gaming BG global team to translate marketing strategies and assets into business and brand results.

  • Work with regional marketing colleagues to provide marketing input to the Business Group strategy and to build marketing capabilities by sharing best practice and key learnings.

  • Ensure consistency and quality of marketing execution, in line with global brand vision and identity.

 

Key Qualifications:

You need to be passionate, goal-driven, organized, and have good communication skills, below are the minimum requirements: 

  • Experience developing innovative marketing programs from inception through execution for large global brands, 

  • 5+ years in marketing in gaming, tech or consumer electronics.

  • BA/BS degree.

  • Experience managing marketing through the entire product lifecycle from conception through EOL.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

  • Experience working with and managing external agencies.

  • Ready to lead groups, inspire creativity, and ability to interact with multiple partners.

  • Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities.

  • Self-motivated, driven and high energy level.

  • Strong passion for gaming.
