What You Will Do:

The Learning Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of activities in the e-learning environment for nurses including the uploading and assignment of new modules, tracking the completion of required modules, notifying staff, HR, and managers about incompletions. The coordinator will also facilitate the development of new education modules as identified by professional practice and the OD department.

What You Will Bring:


Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, Business Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Psychology or related field required

Experience in Project Management
Experience in healthcare and human resources a plus
Experience with SABA a plus
Experience with Halogen LMS a plus

Certification & Licensures
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preferred

• Experience with organizational training projects
• Experience developing initiatives that support organizational culture and employee engagement
• Knowledge of software application implementation
• Ability to prioritize workload, complete multiple projects to meet deadlines required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Continuous learner who seeks out best practices, routinely benchmarks others and thinks of better ways to accomplish tasks required
• Manages small to large scale projects that have high visibility
