What You Will Do:

Pharmacist screens and processes orders, completing interventions and consults accurately and in a timely manner to optimize medication therapy.

What You Will Bring:

Education
Bachelors Pharmacy or Pharm D required.

Experience
oExperience with McKesson pharmacy systems and Pyxis preferred.

Certification & Licensures
Virginia OR West Virginia Pharmacy License required (or acquired within 90 days of hire). Must possess license for entity location.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required *
* New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.

Qualifications
Must be knowledgeable about medications, their pharmacology and dosage ranges for use in neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Keyboarding skills required.
