What You Will Do:

The Compensation and Benefits Consultant is responsible for job evaluation, review and consultation on salary and incentive programs with customers (including leaders); provides regulatory and compliance support with compensation and benefit programs, and identifies improvement opportunities for programs, services and processes. Primary responsibilities include completing equity reviews; compensation analysis; carrying out position review and market analysis; participating in HR projects and maintaining compensation documents. This position will also serve as back up for maintaining organizational job descriptions.

What You Will Bring:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Related Field required.

Experience
Five years HR or leadership experience required, focus on compensation processes preferred.

Certification & Licensures
PHR, SPHR, CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Qualifications
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required
Strong computer skills and familiarity with HR total rewards, talent management and information systems required
Professional communication, public relations and decision making skills required
Ability to deal tactfully with all internal and external customers required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
