What You Will Do:

Responsible for providing assistance to Valley Health customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, to include resolving issues relating to connectivity, operating systems, and all peripheral devices, i.e. phones, printers, scanners, etc. Support may be provided in person, by phone, by email, or by remote desktop access. Provide support for other IT initiatives/projects as assigned. Provides prompt and accurate feedback to the customer and ensures their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Ensures all issues/resolutions are properly logged in the ticket management system. Must be able to communicate well with all customers displaying Valley Health values at all times. Must be willing to learn, have a positive attitude and be customer service oriented.

What You Will Bring:

Education

Pursuit of College/technical AA degree or equivalent preferred.



Qualifications
Excellent communication skills required.
Strong attention to detail required.
Ability to work in team setting required.
