OEM Channel Sales Manager

As a part of the Channels India Team, you will be responsible for holistic marketing planning and execution to grow partnerships with National System Integrators .This role will be responsible for driving the sell through engagement with our most strategic NSI’sand is a critical part of the job.You will work closely with our NSI partners to drive successful awareness and enablement campaigns, along with joint demand generation programs. You will be a critical connection point between the Sales needs of our NSI partners and the overall GTM strategy for Nutanix. You will partner closely with sales stakeholders to drive successful execution and share progress on the company’s strategic NSI partnerships.

Job Summary for additional OEM resource in India

His/Her primary responsibilities will include executive engagement with Dell OEM, HPE GL ( Greenlake )team , partner enablement on OEM offering, sales and Demand Generation & pipeline development, business planning, and closures.

Key Responsibilities |Primary Responsibility:

Build Dell relationship from Scratch and Own it end-to-end with OEM

Grow Greenlake traction in India with HPE GL team and HPE GL Partners

Will work with ECO-System of HPE for GL & Dell for XC core business


Planning with HPE Platinum and Gold partners & Dell partners to run zero touch Lead generation and DX/GL/XC core business closures with them.


 
Demand generation and pipeline management: With internal and external marketing organizations, ensure the creation and execution of a joint demand generation plan, including joint account plans, Design spiffs and monitor the outcome, opportunity engagements, co-marketing

Onboard OEM new partners, Design GTMs and manage relationships with Common Distributors to run Autonomous business with selected set of partners for HPE|DELL|Lenovo- to grow zero touch pipeline in untapped markets

 

Facilitate QBRs with Dell and HPE GL Leadership team

 

Facilitate quarterly QBR’s reviews to ensure Distributors & Strategic Partners for OEMs and are sharing joint roadmaps, milestones and deliverables as committed

Follow-up with OEMs for MAFs, Quality certificate, other documents related to large RFPs

Accurate forecasting from Key/Broad partners and jointly work with NTNX territory team

Become a trusted advisor to partners by aligning to multiple partner functions, e.g. sales, finance, pre sales, and practice owners

Qualification:

Prior Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with an OEM vendor like HPE, DELL etc

- Commercial/sales

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working relationship with Distributor and Channel partners across India

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or marketing disciplines
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus.
