“This position is only open to NYC Transit Maintenance Supervisors I and II (Structure Divisions/All Trades)” 
   
 Responsibility:
Supervises a group of subordinate supervisors performing Infrastructure supervisory work. The incumbent will be responsible to plan and supervise various MOW Projects and make timely, sound decisions. Effectively coordinate, delegate, communicate and provide field support during emergencies. Provide guidance to Maintenance Supervisors on written reports, training, discipline, counseling and overall enforcement of all rules, regulations and policy instructions and departmental procedures. Conducts investigations and prepares reports using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) as well as other sources of information. Employee will be responsible for budget resource allocation and material procurement. Perform inspections of capital and operating work as needed.   
 
Compensation:
Maintenance Supervisor (Structures) II Salary Range:

1st Step – Entrance    $110,381    

2nd Year                      $111,951    

3rd Year                       $115,888    

Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.
