Accountant (SO2)

Finance And Back Office Taguig City, National Capital Region


To ensure all tasks are managed and reconciled to assist in the processes of providing an accurate and timely account of the company's finances.     
  • Preparation of monthly accounts and assisting with preparation of the company's monthly reporting packs (including store profit and loss reports).                 
  • Complete month end close procedures including month end accruals and journals including but not limited to: Salaries & Oncosts, Marketing, IT costs, Freight, VM, Telstra, Rent                 
  • Monthly BAS preparation                 
  • Assisting Finance Manager with annual budget preparation.  
  • Monthly review of intracompany and ensuring loans reconcile.   '
  • Fixed asset management and posting in Activa (our Fixed Asset Management software)   
  • New Supplier et up in AP-21  
  • Assist stakeholders around the business with department budget tracking (marketing, labour etc)  
  • Assist with monthly sales budget uploads
  • Collaborates effectively with team members and support office.

  • Accounts experience in a retail or services environment 
  • Knowledge of general month end accounting tasks
