Key Responsibilities
  • Real-time Lead Tracking: Monitor and track incoming leads and customer interactions across various channels.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input lead and customer information into our CRM system.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales pipeline activity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Communication: Coordinate with sales teams and contact centers to ensure timely follow-up and address customer inquiries.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for lead management processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve lead tracking and sales operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket) and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
