Customer Service and Administration Representative
Description
- Booking of independent contractors for Interstates, Tasmania & New Zealand for both lounge service division & Accidental claim warranty for valued customers & Nick Scali nationwide & NZ stores.
- Manage the independent contractor by assigning jobs as to their skill, processing tax invoice, assessing reports, photos and uploading to AccuTerm.
- Liaise with each independent contractor to define company policy and procedures under the NickScali guidelines for providing unbiased report after assessing the lounge.
- Working closely with National Service Manager & Resolution Case Manager& Service team members.
- Responsible in replying to email with regards to contractors, following-up of quote approvals, booking confirmation and travel cost approvals.
- Processing of Goods Return Authorization (GRA) for international suppliers for repair claims, delivery drivers for damage claims according to report and invoice received from contractors.
- Processing of tax invoices & GRA & make sure to email copies to creditor team for processing.
- Liaising with inbound customer enquiries across all digital channels (i.e. email, Facebook,
Instagram, live chat) - Monitoring customer reviews and following up promptly for case resolution (google
review, product review etc.) Utilisation of internal tools & systems to track, monitor and resolve customer queries & issues - Assessment and conversion of customers enquiries to potential purchases
- Assist with ad-hoc digital marketing related activities for the client
