IT Systems Manager
Description
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT systems management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are preferred.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
