Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and produce presentations and assets for new client pitches and corporate marketing collateral.
- Ideating and developing the design aesthetic behind high value sales presentations.
- Content management, building presentations, marketing concept development.
- Develop design solutions that demonstrate creative excellence for all phases of the design process (from concept to final execution).
- Apply brand guideline systems, typography, photography, color as needed while still contributing fresh ideas to meet business and user needs.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients and vendors to ensure the level of service quality always exceeds expectations.
- Support achievement of team initiatives
- Other as needed projects to support the NBD team
Experience Requirements
- 2-4 years exp supporting a fast-paced department.
- 1+ years working with sales executives.
- Demonstrated experience with graphic and print design, product rendering, content management, visually “telling a story”, and out of the box ideation.
- Established success within a multi-tasking, matrix management, cross-functional team environment with changing priorities and dynamic (fast) response times.
- Strong problem solving and process improvement experience with an acute level of detailed attention.
Job Skills & Traits
- Expert proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint
- Flexible, self-starter, action and results oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage to changing demands.
- Creative thinker who can push the status quo and build new presentation assets. Willing to ideate multiple solutions until the right solution is agreed upon.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal. Confident in presentation building skills.
- Tenacious desire for the win and not afraid to dive into the story to be told and put in the work to achieve it.
- Not afraid to try, make mistakes, and own results.
- Knowledge of multiple consumer product categories with understanding of how products are decorated preferred.
