DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- DT vendor management & process compliance
- Be the SME on vendor evaluation, selection & management processes, answering questions for people on the processes
- Review proposed contracts and orders for compliance to vendor management requirements
- Assist with preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews with key professional services vendors
- Ad hoc requests such as annual spend with a particular supplier
- Ensure contracts are sent to the corporate tracking and SOWs are tracked within DT
- Create and manage tracking system for vendor management (probably SharePoint)
- Vendor negotiation: take the lead on negotiating contracts with SaaS vendors up to $250K annual subscription value
- Create (as necessary) and maintain accessible repositories for contracts and other financial & vendor documentation
- Design (as necessary) and execute the following processes with a continuous improvement mindset:
- Dynamic (i.e., charges fluctuate based on usage) cloud subscription cost tracking
- License cost tracking (where it makes sense)
- Communicates proactively with Finance team about software expense performance
- Manage the plan & project coordination for DT’s forecasting and budgeting processes & ancillary deliverables, including executive decks, rollup workbooks and change tracking.
- Partner with DT leadership to prepare rollups and other materials needed related to the business of DT.
- Special projects as assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills
- Excellent prioritization skills, and ability to communicate options and tradeoffs when assistance is required to manage workload
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including building presentations and vendor & budget summary rollups for executives
- Prior experience creating and managing SharePoint workflows, sites, lists and doc libraries
- Prior experience generating ad hoc and manual reports ·
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Collaboration skills, including the ability to respectfully and effectively push for deliverables owed to them from people at all levels of the Digital Technology organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year college degree, or equivalent
- At least three years working with technology leaders on vendor and software cost management
- At least three years vendor negotiation for SaaS up to $250K / year subscription value
- Experience leading processes with technology leaders
- Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and be discrete
