Description

The primary focus of this position is the management and appointment of leads to the sales team, following up and working leads that come in via inbound telephone, email, SMS and other digital channels. Additionally, all our outbound calls are warm calls; no cold calling required!

As this position is somewhat sales focused, we are looking for highly motivated and driven customer service/sales experts who want to be the best!

In order to be successful, applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Passion for Customer Service and Sales with a confident telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Sales experience including objection handling
  • Outgoing, bubbly personality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer focused and dedicated to delivering great service
  • 'Can-do' positive attitude
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to deal with repetition and keep motivated
