Marketing Campaign Manager
Description
Main responsibilities include:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop email marketing strategies that align with the business goals and target audience.
- Define campaign goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention) and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Create customer journey maps and identify touchpoints to maximise email impact across different stages of the funnel.
Audience Segmentation and Targeting
- Segment the email list based on customer behaviour, demographics, preferences, and purchase history to create targeted messages.
- Use personalisation techniques to enhance relevance, including tailored content and dynamic fields based on our app and CRM data.
Content Creation and Design Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and relevant agencies to ensure emails and landing pages are visually appealing, mobile friendly and in line with brand guidelines
Campaign Execution
- Build and schedule email campaigns (including landing pages for webinars) in Pardot/Account Engagement
- Test & validate quality and functionality of emails and landing pages to ensure consistency and exceptional UX.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (including managing opt-in/opt-out processes and maintaining a clean email list.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click through rates, bounce rates and conversion rates
- Communicate campaign results to Senior Marketing Manager for inclusion in the overall Marketing scorecard metrics
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights on what worked well and what can be improved for future campaigns
Required Skills and Experiences:
- At least 2 years’ experience executing campaigns in Pardot/Account Engagement.
- B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and be pro-active.
- Experienced in executing multiple campaigns at the same time.
- Proficient in English with strong communications and writing skills.
Educational Background
Degree in marketing, business or communications preferred
