Professional Experience, Knowledge and Attributes 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the social sector and at least one of the Social Impact Hub’s areas of work is preferred (i.e. impact investing, enterprise education, social enterprise development, impact measurement, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience assisting with marketing materials, including content creation, social media management, campaigns, and marketing collateral (not critical / nice to have).
  • Tertiary studies in Social Impact or equivalent. 
  • Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities. 
  • Ability to work effectively independently and contribute to a team. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Service and results oriented with strong attention to detail.  
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems and processes (experience with Zoho One is highly desirable / preferred). 
  • Self-motivated, positive and energetic attitude.
