What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Working closely with the Ecommerce Merchandise Manager to accurately enrich and optimise all products across the company's website. Adhering to our business guidelines to ensure all products published online in a timely and accurate manner.


Customer Obsessed & Delivering Service Like No Other
• Source product information from various locations to ensure customers have all the information they
need to be confident in buying a product
• Assist with customer service inquiries regarding products on the website
• Ensure products are merchandised in the correct categories to ensure customers are able to locate products, brands or categories
• Ensure accurate/relevant information across PDPs (product detail pages) to enable an optimal user journey and aid in online sales conversion
• Conduct site audits in line with business priorities to reduce site errors and drive conversion improvement
• Validate products, brands, and categories to ensure reduced site errors that could impact customer experience.
• Resolve product errors as required based on business priorities and in line with best practice across digital channels


Driving Commercial & Operational Achievement
• All product content on the website is complete, accurate and in line with the company's guidelines. This includes product attribute enrichment for some products.
• Ensure products are merchandised in the correct categories and edits
• Ensure product is available to the site on time for product/season launches as well as trade activities
• Keep up to date with site merchandising requirements and action tasks. This includes product sequencing, photography/image briefing and approvals, and actioning other tasks that the Trade team may require to maximize online trade.
• Maintain a day-to-day relationship with the production house for scheduling photo shoots, retouching, and copywriting briefs
• Partner with our Digital Operations teams to find efficiency and adherence to digital guidelines across products and departments as required
• Complete site validations prior to and during key sales events to ensure a reduction in site errors
• Facilitating the online production component of the marketing program
• Work across both Own Buy & Concession products
• Adhere to and implement SEO best practice as required or briefed by internal or external agency
• Utilise software or programs that the company deploys to complete any tasks required e.g. Fredhopper, PIM, iSAMS etc 
• Ensure internal and external suppliers provide accurate and enriched product information in a timely manner to support trade priorities and deliver on our sales objectives

• Focus will primarily be on a dedicated category within the business – but assistance across other
categories will be required from time to time

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Full competencies on a range of computer software and programs including Office suite, Site Analytics as well as  the company's internal systems.
• Attention to detail and adherence to setting best practice standards for product on  the company's website
• An understanding of the E-commerce landscape in Australia and other similar markets
• Strong activation skills and a desire to execute flawlessly
