Key Activities
Design
- Collects requirements from business, including business partner for refurbished T-Brewery
- Brief’s approved designer
- Gets floorplan signed off internally – New location
- Gets concept signed off internally
- Gets final design signed off by all parties
- Manages any change requests from designers
Construction
- Completes scope of works from plans
- Assists Business Partner to tender works with shopfitter and appoint
- Assists shopfitter to ensure all equipment, signage etc ordered from approved suppliers
- Liaises with Chatime Business Systems on requirements
- Coordinates payments between parties
- Provides partners with handover documents
- Tracks supplier rebates as required
- Conducts support call with business partners
Administration
- Coordinates internal project management meetings (FODIT) for CDO ensures actions taken
- Keeps a record of equipment stored in warehouses
- Keeps a record of suppliers contacts and updates as required
- Triages Maintenance requests from partners and corporate stores via Chatime Comms
- Coordinate contractors to attend Corporate Sites if required
Miscellaneous
- Handles various adhoc requests for projects and installation of extra equipment in locations, particularly Corporate.
SKILLS
- Time Management
- Strong written communication skills

- Use of Microsoft Products and Smartsheets
KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to read plans
- Understanding of Construction plans and documentation
- Basic practical understanding of equipment and maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Min 3 year Project Management experience in a retail or similar environment
- Experience supporting independent business partners a plus
- Food industry experience a benefit
