Associate Account Manager
Description
What You’ll Do
- Become an expert in the client's platform, guiding customers through the ordering process, providing live demos, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Manage inbound leads and help convert them into long-term customers by conducting discovery calls to understand their needs and identify opportunities for swag solutions.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, providing top-tier service to ensure seamless experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, technology, and industry trends to better serve our clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and Gong, staying organized with follow-ups via email, phone, and other communication tools.
- Work closely with the Product team to provide feedback on optimizing the user experience and improving self-serve capabilities.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer success.
What you Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in branded merchandise or a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Tech-savvy and eager to master the SwagUp platform to help customers navigate it effectively.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.
- A problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a willingness to ask great questions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

- Previous experience in a sales role involving B2B relationships.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, Teams, and Unify.
