What You’ll Do
  • Become an expert in the client's platform, guiding customers through the ordering process, providing live demos, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Manage inbound leads and help convert them into long-term customers by conducting discovery calls to understand their needs and identify opportunities for swag solutions.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, providing top-tier service to ensure seamless experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, technology, and industry trends to better serve our clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and Gong, staying organized with follow-ups via email, phone, and other communication tools.
  • Work closely with the Product team to provide feedback on optimizing the user experience and improving self-serve capabilities.
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer success.
What you Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience in branded merchandise or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to master the SwagUp platform to help customers navigate it effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.
  • A problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a willingness to ask great questions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

  • Previous experience in a sales role involving B2B relationships.
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, Teams, and Unify.
