Provide consultation and training of Tyler’s ERP software. Establish a positive baseline for the relationship between the client and Tyler and support the project plan timeline and schedule.


  • Provide onsite consultation and training to clients on ERP software for both new and existing customers
  • Conduct 12-15 days of billable training per month and maintain an organized training schedule
  • Proof and analyze data conversions
  • Educate users on interface functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • May recommend options for new approaches in client work processes as appropriate to ensure efficient interface solution for the client’s needs.
  • Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.
  • May assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required.
  • Notify management and appropriate organization/department of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness/schedule/budget of the implementation.
  • Create both client-facing and internal documentation such as "quick tips" and "how tos".
  • May participate in the annual User Conference. Facilitate user group discussion on assigned module/topic.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • One year of business analysis and/or industry related experience with land, license and asset management software, implementation or consulting services. (or)
  • At least three years of experience in recording and/or content management software implementation/consulting services or an equal number of years working directly with the Enterprise assessment applications
  • Excellent technical skills (SQL Server, ISS, Crystal Reports) and must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly and accurately.
  • Exceptional independent judgment and customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills particularly in converted software data verification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel 25 - 50%
  • Valid driver’s license
