Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This internal-facing role will provide support to our Enterprise Public Safety Professional Services organization. 
 
The primary day-to-day responsibilities include initiating new contracts in our accounting and project management systems, triggering billing and communicating with cross-functional internal teams, and monitoring/auditing projects throughout the project lifecycle
 
Responsibilities
  • Setting up new projects and amendments in Changepoint PSA
  • Updating and maintaining professional services backlogs
  • Validating project setup, including billing schedules in Softrax
  • Initiating client billings
  • Processing of change orders
  • Performing project audits to ensure timely revenue recognition
  • Administration of the non-bill process
  • Updating of knowledge items in Changepoint PSA
  • Running contract audit reports and investigating exceptions
  • Closing out projects upon completion
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Understanding of general accounting and revenue principles
  • Close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and effective communication practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
