The Implementation Consultant for ERP Pro is responsible for providing consultative services including but not limited to business analysis and configuration.  

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings
• Training and process improvement
• Mentorship
• NET (New Employee Training)

Complexity

• Electric package (TOU, KVAR, Demand, Net Metering)
• UB Multiple Cycle go lives
• 20,000+ UB accounts
• Ability to handle escalations and create resolutions for red flags and roadblocks
• Ability to implement AR conversions, manual setups and import tasks
• Ability to implement Community Development conversions and manual setups.
• Work with management on future goals and stretch projects
• Creates team documentation with little to no guidance
• Deliverables met internally and externally
• Ability to implement all CIS modules and consultant tasks (Discovery, Configuration, Perform Testing, and Go Live) as well as have a strong understanding and ability to implement:
  Utility Billing
  Mobile Service Orders
  Accounts Receivable
  Licensing
  Permitting
  Mobile Inspections
  Code Enforcement
  Cemetery
  Sales tax

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Case Management and Business Process Management solutions similar to Tyler Technologies' ERP Pro platform
• Expert at Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques
• Knowledge of relational database terminology modeling and design techniques
• Extensive experience facilitating formal requirement sessions
• Discovery/Elicitation and Design workgroups
• Able to connect project’s objectives with organization's strategic goals.
• Able to facilitate large group of multidiscipline participants to agree on common objectives using advanced techniques to brainstorm, reduce conflicts, and identify solutions.
• Expert at eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires.
• Ability to travel 15% and a valid drivers license
