Client Care Specialists – Veterinary Cancer Group of LA

We are currently seeking a veterinary client care specialist to join our great team.  Veterinary Cancer Group- LA was founded in 1992 and has grown from a one doctor practice into one of the largest and most well-renown veterinary oncology groups in the world. We are thrilled to be celebrating 30 years in practice this year. We know how frightening it is to learn that your pet has cancer.  The good news is that our team of board-certified radiation and medical oncologists are here to provide compassion, support and guidance to our clients and patients

The ideal supplicant(s) will demonstrate excellent verbal skills, be enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly, a professional appearance and have a professional demeanor, able to multi-task, be a positive team player, pay attention to detail and be reliable. 

Applicants should have 1-2 years customer service experience and veterinary medical experience.  We are seeking full time preferably but will consider part time also.

The position will require scheduling and checking in clients and patients, rooming clients, charging out clients, going over financial transactions, answering high volume calls, (including emotionally difficult calls), checking emails and able to go with the flow.

Must be available to work open and closing shifts, with some Saturdays. We open at 7am and closing shift is 7pm.  Our shifts are 10 hours four days a week with three days off.  If you are interested in this position, please email your resume/ cover letter.
