Austin Vet Care at Metric seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our talented and friendly team!
We are looking for an exceptional individual who has strong client service skills and who thrives within a busy, friendly team. The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative is to provide superior client service and patient care while ensuring the hospital is inviting to our clients, patients, and guests. The ideal Client Service Representative candidate is one who is superior in offering hospitality and empathy while communicating effectively in person, via phone, or virtually. This person serves as a frontline representative of the hospital, displaying courtesy, consideration, and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, patients, and coworkers.
