Heart of Texas Veterinary ER & Specialty Center located in Round Rock, TX is immediately hiring for an Emergency Veterinary Assistant Technician to join our team!
This schedule for this position is for Swing Shifts of 10AM-10 PM or 12PM-12 AM, 4 day work week.

Heart of Texas Veterinary ER & Specialty Center is a 24 hour emergency and specialty referral hospital that invests heavily in our teams' growth and development. Role Responsibilities:
Our Veterinary Technician Assistants are responsible for assisting with basic patient husbandry, patient handling, assisting in record keeping, performing patient laboratory tests, and ensuring the hospital is kept clean, stocked and prepared. This position may entail working swing shifts and/or overnights.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has knowledge of basic veterinary practices
- Able to appropriately handle animals
- Able to assist in veterinary medical procedures
- Recent experience in a veterinary practice
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
