Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-energy, on-site demonstrations of the Public Safety 
  • Partner with Account Executives to tailor the demonstration to each prospect
  • Conduct detailed on-site discoveries to better understand the prospects’ needs
  • Document the prospects’ requirements in an easy to read format for the Account Executive
  • Set up on-site labs for prospects to utilize the software before deciding to purchase
  • Perform high-level web demonstrations and monthly scheduled webinars for prospects
  • Participate in trade shows by helping generate leads and performing high-level demonstrations
  • Utilize Salesforce to better understand the prospects’ sales cycle
  • Provide demo data for RFP, help maintain RFP documentation on products and services and assist with keeping marketing material up-to-date

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in demonstrating ERP or similarly complex software solutions is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of the Public Safety domain and marketplace is a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills at the C-level
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Must be highly energized, creative and organized
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75% nationally
