Solution Consultant
Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-energy, on-site demonstrations of the Public Safety
- Partner with Account Executives to tailor the demonstration to each prospect
- Conduct detailed on-site discoveries to better understand the prospects’ needs
- Document the prospects’ requirements in an easy to read format for the Account Executive
- Set up on-site labs for prospects to utilize the software before deciding to purchase
- Perform high-level web demonstrations and monthly scheduled webinars for prospects
- Participate in trade shows by helping generate leads and performing high-level demonstrations
- Utilize Salesforce to better understand the prospects’ sales cycle
- Provide demo data for RFP, help maintain RFP documentation on products and services and assist with keeping marketing material up-to-date
Qualifications:
- Proven success in demonstrating ERP or similarly complex software solutions is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the Public Safety domain and marketplace is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills at the C-level
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization
- Must be highly energized, creative and organized
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% nationally
