Responsibilities

  • Perform all Current and Future State Analysis Discovery Sessions in collaboration with the project team
  • Lead County Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts through business process redesign
  • Modify System Design based on County decisions and documenting the modifications
  • Conduct all Analysis (Conversions, ReadyForms, Reporting, and Interfaces)
  • Assist with Configuration build, including ReadyForms, Standard Imports/Exports, Security & Workflow, and Auxiliary Tables
  • Assist with System Validation, including Conversions, Forms, Reporting and Interfaces
  • Develop Process Manuals and End User Guides 
  • Provide detailed input during the creation of the Go Live Plan
  • Provide high-level product expertise and creative solutions to meet County functional requirements
  • Conduct training per the Education Management Plan
  • Test functionality with County
  • Perform problem solving
  • Follow up on issues
  • Perform assessments of County’s Post Cutover activities and identify areas of potential improvement
  • Complete weekly site reports detailing activities for each implementation day
  • Keep project manager apprised of any and all issues that may result in the need for additional training needs, slip in schedule, change in process decisions, or adversely impacting the success of the project

Qualification

  • Provide professional and thorough training and consultation to clients on Tyler's ERP Enterprise software.
  • Perform consultation/analysis sessions on ERP Enterprise to determine the existing business model and create a new model to use in the deployment of the project.
  • Perform consulting and analysis to determine module design.
  • Provide confident recommendations regarding configuration decisions and business process best practices using ERP Enterprise based on experience and expertise implementing Munis or similar systems with other organizations
  • Strong ability to assess and adapt to shifting priorities within an organization in support of an overall successful implementation
  • Strong ability to solve problems using creative and proven techniques to enhance the opportunity for an effective implementation
  • Strong ability to work with all levels of personnel and resources within Tyler and the client organization towards an effective implementation
  • Functional expertise in ERP software systems for both the public sector and schools.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to travel 25 - 50%
  • Valid driver’s license

2023 Training Class

• Dates: February 20, 2023 - April 28, 2023 (ten-weeks)
• Week 1 & 9 are in our Yarmouth, ME office (travel expenses covered). The remaining weeks of training will take place remote. Must be able to attend and successfully complete a 10-12 week mandatory new hire training class as an essential job function of the implementation consultant/software support specialist role.
• You will be eligible to participate in the Annual Tyler Bonus & Implementation Consultant incentive plan. Payout of these incentives is contingent upon meeting your performance objectives and/or business results. The Implementation Consultant incentive plan is an addition to your base pay, with the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 - $7,000/year.
• ERP New Hire Tyler Days:
• This is an HR-hosted event for new hires that provides you with a more in-depth discussion of your division and the company.
• Your HR team, division's president, and other leaders across the company will present throughout the event — covering our history, mission, values, cultural identity, strategic vision from a divisional and Tyler-wide standpoint, and so on.
• Product and department presentations are offered by the senior leaders of our organization.
