Urgent Care Veterinarian - ACCESS San Fernando Valley
We are looking for a passionate Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our team at ACCESS, in San Fernando Valley!
ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospitals are some of the most advanced, inclusive, and progressive veterinary multi-specialty referral hospitals in California. While we offer benefits normally associated only with large hospitals, our culture nurtures a collaborative team environment that is the envy of many. We are excited to announce that we are expanding our services to offer Urgent Care services in our San Fernando Valley and our South Bay Hospitals. If you want to make a difference delivering exceptional medicine in a fast-paced environment, please read on!
The Urgent Care department has been designed to meet a key need in our community and hospital. We aim to provide efficient, compassionate care to patients with non-emergent conditions so that they receive great care without the wait! In the Urgent Care department, we offer drop off appointments, limited walk ins, and appointments for conditions such as hot spots, ear infections, lameness, gastrointestinal disturbances and urinary tract infections and much more. Patients with life threatening emergencies, or those that need to be hospitalized are seen by our emergency department, leaving our Urgent Care Doctor time to focus on delivering quality outpatient care to their patients and clients. We stay in close contact with the primary veterinarians to ensure those patients return for ongoing care with their family vet.
Our goal is to relieve pressure from our very busy ER departments, help our awesome referring veterinary community, and provide exceptional service to our loyal clients. This position will make a positive impact on your patients, clients and colleague’s lives!
