Animal Medical Center of Forney is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to join their AMAZING team!

The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative is providing superior client and patient care while imparting a professional, responsive and compassionate image consistent with the Mission Statement of Animal Medical Center. The Client Service Representative is the person who controls the optimum flow of all clients, patients, and communication in the clinic. The CSR is in effect, the hub of the office and as such, the office will be judged greatly by the image that she/he presents. Whether by phone or in person, our Client Service Representatives are our first and last point of contact for our clients and are therefore largely responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining, excellent customer rapport while providing first-rate service. The secondary function of our Client Service Representatives is to provide support for the other hospital staff and the Practice Manager. This position reports directly to the Practice Manager.
