Job Summary:  

Nutanix is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Business Partner to support our team in the delivery of organisational development solutions for employees. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture as we scale our business. 

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on senior HR professional who will establish and develop the human resources function for the Southern Europe region (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Morocco). In this position, you will be responsible for the overall Human Resources organisation of this geography which includes a total of nearly 100 employees and is rapidly expanding. The role requires you to handle the day to day details, transactions and reports as well as strategic advice. A multi-tasking job with one important goal; keeping the colleague engagement on a high level.

You will be based in Paris. Your reporting line will be directly to the Director HR EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy   
  • Provide strategic business partnership to senior executives: provide executive coaching of regional management, focus on performance management, leadership development, talent management, and conflict management  
  • Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organisation to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows  
  • Actively contribute to the development of HR Global/EMEA policies processes and procedures and responsible for the implementation in the region
  • Ensure the delivery of efficient and accurate HR services
  • Partner with EMEA and US HR leaders as well as other cross-functional teams across L&D, Compensation, and Benefits on communications and best practices  
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building   
  • Develop key metrics and develop action plans in areas of attrition, talent and employee engagement
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees   
  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts

 

Requirements:

  • Must speak English and French fluently
  • Minimum of 8-10 years as HR Business partner or equivalent
  • A BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or any similar combination of education and experience in a fast growing, international environment dealing with people management issues
  • Proven ability to understand strategic organisational issues and influence setting people agenda
  • Knowledge and experience with global businesses, familiar with HR practices and policies within SEUR region (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Morocco) required
  • Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate strong relationships globally   
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical and organisation skills
  • Capable and confident communicator with very strong personal presence   
  • Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills   
  • Willingness to travel as this role includes periodic domestic and international travel
