Enterprise Account Manager - 製造流通サービス
- ハイタッチセールスとして、直接エンドユーザーにアプローチをし、SIパートナーとの販売を通じて新規顧客の獲得とビジネスの拡大を担う
- SIパートナーを通じて販売機会を開拓するため、担当パートナー内の新しい部門や組織に入り込み、新しい販売関係を構築・開拓する
- 見込み客とのセールスコールのアポイントメントを取り出席する
- 見込み客とビジネス上の問題について話し合い、ビジネスニーズに対応した見積書、販売提案書の作成、またプレゼンテーションを実施する
- RFPに対応し、見込み客のフォローアップを行う
- 顧客のビジネスニーズに基づき、アカウントプランを作成する
- 既存顧客と新しい見込み顧客とのビジネス関係を構築し強化する
- マーケティング戦略を提案する
- パイプラインのステータスをマネージャーにレポートする
- 顧客に対するトレーニングの機会の提供、または促進する
- Nutanixのソリューションを改善するために、製品に関するフィードバックをエンジニアリングチームに提供する
- ハイタッチセールスとしてCxOなどのエグゼクティブ層も含め顧客先と自らリレーションを構築していける方(既にリレーションシップをお持ちの方は尚良し)
- 口頭および書面による強力なプレゼンテーション能力・提案力、並びにコミュニケーション能力を有していること
- 製造流通サービス業における大手エンタープライズ企業に対する顧客理解・業務理解があること、又は学ぶ姿勢を有していること
- 高いフォーキャストマネジメント能力と責任を持っていること(SFDCやその他CRMソフトウェアを活用できること)
- 営業部門、およびマーケティング、セールスオペレーション、システムエンジニアリング、製品開発などの各部門の社員とスムーズにコラボレーションできること
- Nutanixのソリューションがどのようにビジネス上の問題を解決しているか、また競合状況を理解する適性をお持ちの方
- 連続した複数年において、営業ノルマを超過した実績があること
- 5年以上のITソリューション営業の経験
- 学士号または同等の資格や経験

- As a high-touch sales, you have responsibilities for acquiring new customers and expanding the business through selling with SI partners.
- Develop selling opportunities through SI partners; penetrate new divisions and organizations within relative channel partners; develop new selling relationships within relative channel partners; develop new customer opportunities.
- Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect in the customer.
- Discuss business issues with prospects and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
- Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
- Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
- Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
- Recommend marketing strategies.
- Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information.
- Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
- Provide product feedback back to engineering to improve Nutanix complete block solutions
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
- Ability to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and Nutanix data management storage solutions.
- Experience using SFDC and other CRM software.
- Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.
- 5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services is required.
- Track record in running large accounts (Inbound/Outbound) in the Enterprise Data center or Cloud space.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
